Wisconsin Shuttle Bus Stops

Madison, WI (2 locations) ***NOTE UW/Downtown LOCATION CHANGE-- August 30, 2017 ONWARD*

UW Campus/Downtown: On Langdon at Park Street  This shuttle bus stop is now located on the south side of Langdon Street near Park Street, directly across from UW Memorial Union at 800 Langdon.  To easily find the shuttle bus stop, look for the signs that indicate "Intercity Bus Loading Zone."  For GPS use "801 Langdon Street"

Dutch Mill Park & Ride:  Our shuttle bus stop is located at Highway 51 (Stoughton Road) and Broadway, for GPS use “4545 East Broadway,” Buses will load from the bus shelters along Broadway, nearest the Highway 51 stoplights. Limited free parking is available for up to 7 days.

Janesville, WI: Our shuttle bus stops at Van Galder Bus Terminal, 3120 N. Pontiac Dr. This facility is open and staffed from 4:30 AM until 11:00 PM. Parking is available at the shuttle bus stop at $2.00 per day. A permit must be displayed. A permit may be purchased from the agent on-duty, or from the driver if the terminal is closed.

Illinois Shuttle Bus Stops

South Beloit, Illinois: The shuttle bus will stop at FasMart/McDonalds Travel Plaza, 15766 Manchester Road. Located near Highway 75 & I-39/90 (Exit 1). Parking is available with permit from attendant at $3.00 per day. Please park in the designated area.

ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS (2 locations)

Rockford, Illinois (for service TO/FROM O'HARE AIRPORT ONLY):

Van Galder Terminal: 7559 Walton St. Our shuttle bus will stop off Bell School Road, one block south of East State St. Facility is open and staffed from 3:00 AM until 12:45 AM. Parking is available at the shuttle bus stop for $3.00 per day. This is the main shuttle bus stop that serves Chicago O'Hare only.


Rockford Mass Transit District-Eastside Transfer Center:725 N. Lyford Rd. This location is for service to/from Chicago Downtown/AMTRAK, Chicago Midway Airport, and connections to South Beloit, IL, Janesville, WI, and Madison, WI.  Parking is available for $3.00 per calendar day.  The facility is staffed Mon-Fri 6:00 AM-6:30 PM, Sat 7:00 AM-6:30 PM, Sun the building is closed, buses will pull up under the covered waiting area.  

Airport Shuttle Bus Stops

If your drop off bus stop is the Chicago O’Hare Airport, when you board the bus, let the driver know which terminal you are going to. 

  • If you are heading out on a domestic flight, your shuttle bus stop will be at either Terminal 1, 2, or 3. We will drop passengers off on the upper level for easier access to your flight.
  • For passengers catching a train into the city or connecting to other ground transportation, the shuttle bus stop we recommend is terminal 2.
  • If you’re flight is international, your shuttle bus stop with be at Terminal 5.

For passengers boarding at the Chicago O’Hare Airport, if you are coming in from an international flight, the shuttle bus stop will be located on the lower level (arrivals) at terminal number 5.
For arriving domestic flights, follow directions to the Bus Shuttle Center. Our shuttle bus stop can easily be found by exiting through door 4 of the Bus Shuttle Center.

Midway Airport
Similar to the O’Hare Airport, the drop off bus stop will be located on the upper level where departures are located. For passengers boarding at the Midway Airport, our shuttle bus stop can be found on the lower level. Follow the signs from baggage claim towards the loading area for “Regional Buses”

Downtown Chicago, Amtrak Station/Union Station
Our shuttle bus stop is located on the east curb of Canal Street, in the block between Jackson and Adams. If you are using a GPS to find the location, the closest address to use is 225 S. Canal Street.

Please arrive at your shuttle bus stop about 15-25 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Due to traffic and detours, buses may arrive at your bus stop a few minutes before or after the stated time. Once you’re on board, you can sit back, relax, and let our professional drivers get you to where you need to go.
